Our  Cincinnati office is located at 8075 Reading Rd Cincinnati Ohio.
​Cincinnati office hours are Monday and Thursday 9:30am - 3:30pm. 
​Services are not available after 5:00 PM EST on weekdays. Office will be closed on weekends and Federal holidays. 

Northern Kentucky Offices are closed to the public. ​​Conferences are done by appointment only. Support Management Solutions will visit or meet with a client in house with an advocate or social service worker present or at an agreed upon public location.
